Answer:
See a doctor, I wouldn't put my health issues in the hands of complete strangers
See you psychiatrist. They can switch you to a new one. The new ones seem to be better with less side effects.
Have you tried taking St John's Wort. That is supposed to be a natural anti-depressant, my hubby has taken it for years, he's not sure whether it works, but is afraid to stop in case it does. He feels fine. May conflict with other medication though, always check with your doctor if you are taking other stuff.
Start eating seafood daily and drink 8 cups of water daily. In about four months you should see results, this will potentially cure your depression.
Sorry to hear your feeling sad i wish i could come up with something have you gone back to your doctor he or she will have to give you something to help you there is alot of questions on this site about depression look at there answers aswel it helped me feel abit better!.. look after your self k!
perhaps you could talk to a pharmacists about medication options in general, then see your GP, consultant or psychiatrist about it - i think this is something you should discuss with medical staff.
alternatively you could discuss it with someone from NHS direct on 0845 4647 (24 hours a day) http://www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk/contact/...
to follow on with the seafood suggestion... this is because fish is 'brain food'. it will help you sort through your problems, but you do need to eat a lot of it (and even if you take a bunch of trace element supplements as well, good! the sort of pills that scholars take for exceptionally difficult, long and drawn-out exams). Unless your brain is given the chance/nutrients it needs to 'burn' in the process of working out what depresses you, the cycle wont be beaten.
I strongly suggest you stay on medication and do not eat seafood to "figure out what depresses you". The answer is likely to be "life".
Prozac is known for working well for a long time and suddenly with no reason no longer working.

When this happened to me, my doctor suggested stopping for three days and starting again. It worked... for one more year. Once it stopped the second time, it never worked again. But before you try that I would suggest you check with your doctor.
