Why do people like to make fun of skinny people?
Does it feel good?
Many people will refrain from saying "You are so fat!! Why are you so fat" to fat people.
But to skinny people, they just happily mouth off "You are SO skinny and why dont you eat more" anytime they feel like it.
Why?

As long as you are not suffering from an eating disorder, screw those who make unkind remarks about you for being thin.
YOU WILL HAVE THE LAST LAUGH WHEN THEY ARE EXPERIENCING THE VARIOUS HEALTH PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH BEING OVERWEIGHT.

Because being skinny is generally more acceptable (in the U.S. at least) than being fat. So they think they will not hurt the person's feelings. If you think you are not going to hurt the person's feeling you feel free to say what you want.
basicaly because they are jealous that you are skinny and they are not. and they feel that a skinny person can take it better than a fat person would. i was once told " turn sideways, now stick out your tongue, look you are a zipper" of course i am not that skinny now because i have had two kids. but don't let people bother you with that you are a beautiful person who is skinny and some people are naturally skinny and there is not a thing wrong with that. just tell people that you don't appreciate being called that and that you wish that they would stop.
Because it's normal to make fun of anyone who's different or in the minority. Currently (in America at least) skinny people are now in the minority.
Example: When I was back in elementary school, there was this one kid who was morbidly obese and a lot of kids were rude to him, not because he was fat, but because he was different than the rest of us and stood out. Nowadays, that wouldn't happen because there's more obese kids than skinny ones.
Right now, everyone's into the whole "love your body/ big is beautiful" mentaliuty, so some people probably do take it too far and pick on thin people. Just ignore them. At least you're healthy.
you have the biggest point. i mean if i called someone fat, they'd get mad. but hey it's probably because they are jealous of us skinny people!
because people think that if you're skinny you're starving yourself, most people tend to ignore the fact that some girls are naturally skinny
